In Sedona Traffic Survival School classes are taught at the Sedona Airport in the Main Terminal Conference Room, 235 Air Terminal Drive. Drive past Sky Ranch Lodge to the stop sign, turn right on Air Terminal Drive and follow it around the corner. Please park by the chain link fence on your right.

If you have lost the letter/documents you will need to secure a copy of the "CORRECTIVE ACTION" letter you received from MVD. You are required to go to your local MVD Office and request a "Driver Record" form. (Hint: Fill this form out at the MVD Office so they can Notarize it for you.) In the "Reason for request" line of the Driver Record form, simply write, "I request a Duplicate Corrective Action Mailer." You may then mail this form to the address listed. It will take several days for you to receive your copy in the mail. (NOTE: Occasionally, but not always, the MVD personnel at your local office will call MVD the downtown Phoenix office and request that the copy of the Mailer be faxed to their office.) You can also drive down to 1801 West Jefferson in Phoenix to get your copy.
